This place suits me perfectly, offering free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and air conditioning. I highly recommend it for convenience.

Super centrally located. Immediately at the harbor and town center. Calm and quiet. Very clean and nice rooms. Nice and very friendly staff. Great breakfast and evening tapas. Great!

The restaurant is too cold. There you can do much more for the ambience.

The elevator to the underground car park was broken and we had to carry the suitcase 3 floors down the staircase, Señor at check-out neither said "sorry" nor offered any help

Lovely hotel in a prime spot for exploring, with a fab room that had everything we needed. The parking right by the door is a massive plus-no treasure hunts for your car!

The shower had a tap dance that should have been a smooth ballet. Honestly, it was more challenging than climbing Mount Everest!

Very nice hotel, right by the harbour. if you are lucky you can watch from the window the arrival of the big cruise ships. Around the corner, there is a pedestrian area with great shopping places.

The location of the hotel on the promenade and at the beginning of the pedestrian area is excellent.

When booking, among other things, the sea view is offered, which is possible for an upgrade only on-site for 20 €. The garage is too narrow, it goes with a car lift in the narrow underground parking.

At check in, the friendly gentleman at the front desk had an upgrade for us. So we had a very nice terrace (big corner) and a bright room, bathroom with window. Everything was very clean, in the hotel there was a quiet, pleasant atmosphere. The location is great. Absolutely recommended.

Had a great stay! The port views from our room were amazing, such a lovely way to start the day. Loved the easy access to attractions, though the breakfast prices were a bit steep. Public parking nearby made things easier for us.

we were delighted with our choice of hotel in Cartagena, central for all visits and restaurants and bars. parking inside the hotel. staff very helpful and friendly, we extended our stay because of this. we will be returning in the future.

It is in an excellent location, close to the historical sights, museums, port and the shopping district. The breakfast was excellent and the room very clean and well maintained.

They did not have maps/tourist information on display, you had to ask for it.

The location is prime, just steps from the historic sites. The views from the room are amazing, especially from the balcony overlooking the harbor. The cleanliness of the bathroom impressed me, stocked with amenities. Accessibility to the terrace is quite tricky with a large step up. The room was a bit tight, and I expected better tea and coffee facilities. Only paper cups and limited milk were provided. I also noticed noise from the street, particularly from the nearby clock tower. Breakfast had a good variety but was overcrowded was great.

I loved that the hotel was just a few steps from historical attractions like the fine cathedral and the roman theatre as i discovered the beautiful harbor views along the way. Plus, the staff were friendly and the roomsnice and neat enough for a pleasant stay.

Perfect and stunning location, within short walking distance to an emblematic hilltop medieval castle. And really close to all the main shopping area, restaurants, shops and marina and the centre of the harbour area.
